01 / BUILD ON YOUR EXPERTISE

Your methodology.
Ready to grow.

Turn the questions you trust into a library you can build on. Bring questions, scoring, and report sections together once, then reuse them across your work.

  • A connected question library. Organize answers into scoring scales and meaningful dimensions.
  • Modules that travel together. Stack questions and their report sections into new surveys.
  • A head start when you need one. Import questions, duplicate a survey, or install content from the Marketplace.

Preview with sample data and inspect the scoring before you publish. Running deployments stay pinned to their published survey version.

02 / MAKE PARTICIPATION EASY

More room for answers.
Less in the way.

A link is all someone needs to begin. Give each audience a welcoming start, collect the details you need, and make the experience work on their phone.

  • Share wherever people are. Send a link or add a downloadable QR code to a slide or poster.
  • Choose how people participate. Anonymous, email only, optional details, or name and email.
  • Stay in control of fielding. Set response windows, tailor start pages, and manage repeat submissions.

Respondents don’t need an account. When you collect an email for results or follow-up, the survey explains how it will be used.

03 / GIVE EVERY RESPONSE MEANING

Results worth reading.
Conversations worth having.

Make the numbers understandable to the person reading them. Build personal results for a respondent and a shared picture for the people supporting them.

Start with your strengths.

Meaning and Purpose is a strength to build on. What would support your Mental and Physical Health?

One respondent’s results, delivered to them. This example uses fictional data. The Flourishing Index averages the five core scales; Finances is shown separately.

A report that tells the story

Bring charts, gauges, scores, and context together in flexible layouts. Define your own metrics and preview the result as you build.

See beyond the average

Filter by demographic answers, compare a subgroup with everyone, and explore response distributions without building a report.

Give insight somewhere to go

Deliver personal results by email, publish a fixed snapshot, export a PDF, or take the response data into your own analysis with CSV.

Group results are withheld when too few people match a group or filter. Individual reports stay separate from client-facing group reports.

04 / FOLLOW WHAT CHANGES

A starting point.
A follow-up.
A fuller picture.

Bring repeat assessments into a measurement series. Follow a team on shared dates, or each person on their own schedule—and understand what the comparison is actually telling you.

  • Connect your waves. Bring repeated deployments of the same survey into a cohort, including work you’ve already fielded.
  • Keep the conversation going. Re-engage roster members with personal links for the next wave.
  • Focus on the people who matter. Save subgroups from filtered results and follow them over time.
  • Meet people where they start. A program repeats an assessment for each person at check-ins that open a set time after their intake—so walk-in clients who start in different months still get an honest six-month reading.

Matched growth requires linkable responses and enough returning people. Anonymous cohorts show group trends; they don’t establish individual change. In a program, answers stay private to each person—staff see group change only, and each person chooses who sees their own progress.

A clear place to come back to.

Give each role the right view

Invite viewers to read published group reports, or let client managers field the surveys you’ve approved for them.

Share when the work is ready

Explicitly publish the reports you field for a client. Client managers receive results for their own deployments as responses arrive.

Keep access in your hands

Revoke access when needed and see when invited people last viewed a report. Client viewers never enter your assessment library.

06 / CONNECT THE REST OF YOUR WORK

01BuildTurn your methodology into a reusable assessment library.
Question library
Likert, single choice, multi-select, dropdown, text, and instruction blocks. Reuse questions and organize them with tags.
Scales & domains
Group questions into scores for individual constructs, then roll them up into the dimensions you care about.
Flexible scoring
Option points, normalized scores, reverse scoring, and sum or highest-value scoring for multi-select questions.
Reusable modules
Bundle questions and report sections. Stack modules into surveys so the assessment and its reporting travel together.
Versioned surveys
Edit a draft, publish a version, and keep running deployments pinned until you explicitly update them.
Duplicate & import
Create survey variants from existing work and import questions from CSV.
Marketplace
Install and customize published surveys and modules, or share your own with other organizations.
02CollectMeet respondents where they are.
Links & QR codes
Share public survey links or download a QR code for a slide, flyer, or poster. No respondent account is required.
Flexible contact settings
Choose email only, anonymous, optional contact details, or name and email for each deployment.
Email confirmation
Ask respondents to enter their email twice to catch typos before submission.
Response windows
Set open and close dates, close a survey, or archive it while retaining its responses.
Audience-specific start pages
Give each deployment a title, description, and optional header image.
Repeat submissions
Keep only each person’s latest submission when they can be identified, or retain every submission.
Personal results
Give respondents their own results link after submission and email their configured report when an email is collected.
03ReportMake the numbers useful to the people reading them.
Individual & group reports
Design personal results for one respondent and aggregate reports for a team or population.
Visual report builder
Arrange charts, gauges, stats, tables, distributions, and rich text into flexible sections and columns.
Custom metrics
Define scoring rules over answers, scales, and domains; inspect source values and calculated results while editing.
Segment comparisons
Filter by closed-choice answers, compare subgroups with everyone, and segment charts by a demographic question.
Response distributions
See how people answered each choice question without building a custom report.
Preview & validation
Preview with sample or live data. Check filtered views and resolve invalid blocks before publishing.
Share & export
Publish fixed report snapshots, export PDFs, and download response CSVs with applicable individual metric scores.
Small-group privacy
Withhold group results when too few respondents match a group or filter.
04TrackPut today’s results in the context of what came before.
Cohorts & waves
Group repeated deployments of the same survey into a measurement series.
Open or invited enrollment
Let respondents join through a shared link or prepare a roster with personal invitations.
Matched-person growth
Compare returning people with their own earlier scores, subject to the privacy threshold.
Group trends
Follow the average and response count in each wave, including for anonymous cohorts.
Saved subgroups
Save a filtered population as a subgroup, then track and re-engage it over time.
Re-engagement
Launch another wave and email roster members personal links that pair their responses.
Existing deployments
Attach past deployments as waves. Detach a wave without deleting its responses.
Programs
Repeat one assessment for each person at check-ins that open on their own schedule — intake, 6 months, 12 months, or any cadence.
Check-in links
Each person gets a personal link when a check-in opens, with one reminder. Known programs show who is done or due; anonymous ones show group results only.
Growth over time
One report block for cohort waves or program check-ins: each person compared with their own earlier score, or the group at every milestone.
Results the person controls
Program answers are never shown to staff. Each person sees their own progress and chooses who to share it with.
05CollaborateBring the right people into the right part of the work.
Organization workspaces
Keep content within its organization and switch between the organizations you belong to.
Team roles
Invite organization admins to build and manage, or members to read deployments, reports, and results.
Client management
Organize engagements by client while keeping your question bank, surveys, and modules shared within your practice.
Client report portal
Give invited viewers access to their client’s published group reports. Individual reports stay out of the portal.
Client managers
Let designated managers field approved surveys and start measurement series for their own organization.
Controlled publishing
Publish the work you field explicitly; manager-created deployments make results available to their managers as responses arrive.
Revocable access
Revoke client access and see when an invited person last viewed a report.
06IntegrateConnect assessment work to the rest of your workflow.
In-app report assistant
Describe the metrics and report blocks you want. Review the proposal, apply it to a draft, and publish when ready.
Claude & Gemini connectors
Use connected assistants to author assessment content or analyze deployment results through MCP.
Personal permissions
Connected assistants act with your organization role, and their changes are attributed to your account.
Deployment API
Create, read, update, and delete deployments from your own systems using the REST API.
Report API
List a deployment’s group reports and retrieve their resolved blocks with live aggregate numbers.
Organization API keys
Create scoped keys for server integrations and revoke them when no longer needed.
